45 pipe gun … This is possible to do while outdoors, but much easier to do with buildings. There are a lot of weapons in Fallout 4, but not all are created equal.While standard weapons can be very good, weapons with unique or legendary effects are superior.
I've found up to 3 legendary roaches in that. I got both instigating and two shot pipe bolt-action pistols from the legendary ghoul there. The Pipe Gun might seem unassuming at first, but looks can be deceiving. The Pipe gun has it's base damage raised to equal the 'Deliverer' gun that you get for completing the first railroad quest. This mod changes the leveled lists for all of the weapons to exclude pipe weapons and replace them with better alternatives.
